As a busy medical student, Lucy was often in the gym before 5am to make time to train. Her dedication to her lifting sessions were second to none, and she achieved great results. Putting Steph in a caption is impossible!
Steph came on board and wanted to change her body composition and in order to do that I introduced her to lifting weights and eating like an adult, not like a student. Initially a difficult pill to swallow, Steph has absolutely exceeded my expectations with her dedication and commitment to the plan. She has achieved impressive results and yet again, the most important transformations can't be displayed in a photo. I'm proud of you Steph!

Two months difference between the above photos. Carly is an example of the results that can be achieved the non-traditional way. She moves plenty and hits her nutrition targets, but incorporates additional workouts flexibly. Carly attends pole several times a week, does occasional home workouts. It does not always take extremes to reach incredible results. Let's keep going!

Svet achieved what she sets her mind to. Her initial aim was to lose 20kg of body fat, which she achieved safely under my watch. We continued her journey by working on maintenace calories and building her physique. She is a talented lifter and became incredibly strong in the gym. Madeleine is a strong women in absolutely every aspect. She came on board to learn about weight training and to build some muscles, while maintaining a slim physique. We achieved exactly that, and after a couple of months of hard work and dedication, Madeleine became visibly more toned with a well balanced physique that makes her feel confident inside and outside of the gym. My gym partner in crime is also coached by me. Having done mostly classes and a number of weight sessions per week before, she has been training on a hypertrophy plan to gain muscle and then dieted towards a photo shoot. Biological age 55, looks like 30 and about to achieve the physique of her lifetime, her dedication is next level.

My mum isn't too pleased when I ask for progress photos, but I promise that underneath her hiking gear she has shed more than 20kg in the past three years. How? She has macro and calorie targets, started eating more whole foods and is in general conscious of moving a bit more. That's all! I know, right??!!

My Favourite Client (sorry everyone!)
June was my first ever client, and she was impressive in every aspect. She came on board to feel stronger and delay the onset of ageing. At over 70 years young, June regularly participated in classes, but felt like that was not enough to strengthen her muscles to stay mobile and independent for as long as possible. Together we deadlifted, barbell squatted and bench pressed, to name a few. You have clients who make an impression on you forever and teach you so much, and June was one of them.

Katja came on board to learn more about lifting and to have support with her gym routine and food choices while enjoying a busy work, family and social life including regular travel. Katja managed to shift an impressive amount of body fat while having a great time in the gym. Dedicating her lunch breaks to quick workout sessions, efficiency and effectiveness are key when programming her sessions. A true lifestyle client that shows what can be achieved while still having fun and living life to the fullest!

Michelle, a medical professional, joined my team after coming from a place of dietary restriction and eating and training on a rigid plan. Her aim was to enjoy the gym and her workouts again, gain flexibility in reagrd to her nutrition and being able to combine fitness progress with long hours as a doctor. We achieved just that and without having to force herself to adhere to the programme Michelle changed body composition, committed exceptionally well to her targets and increased self confidence inside and outside of the gym.

Hannah set an example in the gym by training hard, working with great form and putting in a lot of effort daily. I gave Hannah structure in order to allow her to take a few rest days, and helped with form and technique to suit her specific anatomy. As a result we incorporated exercises that helped build her physique, we structured diet to be less restrictive and more enjoyable, and I made sure to educate along the way in relation to training and nutrition. Hannah achieved a visibly leaner physique with less effort and while eating more, thank you for trusting me!

Kira knows what she can achieve when she sets her mind to it, and she did herself proud once again working with me for this occasion. MAIRI D (UK)

Mairi trains for physique purposes, but there are also underlying goals such as managing workload and clear her head, having structure in her life and being able to have an outlet. I facilitated this for her by teaching her about lifting weights, appropriate form, giving her structure to her programme and nutrition and guiding her along side a slow and steady body composition change that she is able to maintain long-term. Mairi impressed me with her commitment and again, a client that always found solutions rather than looking for excuses. Excellent effort!

Overcoming Injury
The main theme of my work with Kirsty was to overcome injuries. Some sports related, some life accidents. With the right adaptations, Kirsty recovered from each without long lasting damage, and became stronger with a more balanced physique along the way. Kirsty asked for injury rehab, and got physique change and education on lifting weights and eating healthily and balanced on top of that. A great deal, no?

Katie absorbs knowledge and educational content like a sponge. Not only can she apply it to her own person and situation, she is also consistent and can work through plateaus and barriers and busy periods as a PhD student without losing focus and motivation.
